Sierra Nevada ESB

One thing I do enjoy is beer. There was a new find at my local Ralph's a month or so ago. It's Sierra Nevada ESB, or Early Spring Beer.

This beer isn't cheap (although these days not much microbrew is due to high malt costs and increasing hops costs), but it definately delivers. It's got a nice malty base and is very bitter. There are some aroma hops but the bittering hops really are the featured flavor here.

If you like Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, this is a very nice change. I'm assuming they use the same yeast - there is some resemblance to the Pale.

Kitty Redux

Well, this blog isn't just about kitty, but there were a few shots that showed up on the iPhone that I might as well post. I mean, with kitty photos, can you really go wrong?

'Lights Out'

So I just had to throw in my opinion on this - It really is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard of. Why don't we just turn off these stupid unnecessary lights all the time?

People need to get over symbolism and start doing shit that really matters.

Starting the Blog

Well, it looks like the way to get a blog started is to start posting pictures of kittys. With that, here are some pics of Kitty to get things kicked off. These were taken with an iPhone so apologies for the unintended blur effect.
